How ordering works

1. Choose a product and size and send an order request — no payment is taken on the website.
2. Our manager emails you, usually within one business day, to confirm availability, the shipping method and cost to your country, and the delivery time.
3. Once you agree, we send you payment details and ship your order.

Shipping

We ship from Moscow, Russia. The shipping cost and delivery time depend on your country and are always confirmed with you before you pay. Import duties and taxes in your country, if any, are paid by the recipient.

Prices

Prices on the website are shown in Russian roubles (₽). The final amount in your currency is confirmed by our manager together with shipping.
